It is our belief that for a landscape to succeed it needs a foundation of solid design that incorporates the clients desires of style, function, feature and budget with the character of the site.The product of this process will be a customized landscape plan that is in harmony with the home and lifestyle of the client.Our principle designer is Lou Gannon B.S.L.A. with 30 years experience in landscaping. Lou has traveled and studied the gardens of the world, from the Taj Mahal to Japan and Europe. He is ready to assist your needs and offers the following options.

Option A

Consulting- On site evaluation and recommendations, may include specific problems solving and design solutions.


Rate $75/hr - 1hr minimum

Option B

Custom Design and Site Plan to scale, plan of landscape with primary features, plant location, and utilities. Include minimum two on site consultations and two copies of original plan.


Rate $500-$1500 (depending on complexity)

Option C

Design and Build- Custom design landscape plan and installation of landscape.


Rate proposal amount varies.
